GAW17 was held in conjunction with the International Genetic Epidemiology Society annual meeting in Boston, Massachusetts

This GAW was attended by 274 people from 19 countries. One hundred sixty-six (166) papers were submitted to the Workshop, all examining the mini-exome dataset. One hundred nineteen (119) papers have been accepted for publication.

The GAW17 papers are now published as a supplement to BMC Proceedings and are available online at BMC Proceedings.   Summary papers are scheduled to appear as a special supplement to Genetic Epidemiology later this year.
